Under the Same Sky is a project focused on the community of the Quinta do Alçada urbanization, in Leiria, considered a priority area for intervention. It aims to expand social development policies and action in public spaces, seeking to rethink spaces as meeting places, places for integration between people, and for education and construction of citizenship.
Through multidisciplinary artistic practices (architecture, audiovisual and visual arts), undertaken by the entities Casota Collective, Til and Uivo, the aim is to promote the socio-emotional skills and sense of belonging of the participants, through collective interventions in the community space, making it a space participated by and for everyone. Alongside the artistic activities, there will be socio-emotional skills training, in partnership with the Association “Escola de Emoções”.
